We are excited to help put your donation dollars to work in The Jerry Stefek Memorial Crawl for the Cure Ethermeet 2024! ALL donated funds will be awarded to the American Cancer Society.
- Minimum donation: $1
- All donations are being collected through the Jerry’s Crawl for the Cure Tiltify page.
- 100% of your donation goes to the American Cancer Society, minus Tiltify and PayPal fees.
- Payment options include Credit Card and PayPal.
- For Credit Card transactions, you will receive a receipt from the American Cancer Society. For PayPal transactions, you will receive a receipt from PayPal.
- Every individual donation of $4 or more is a raffle entry when one of the Raffle eligible Rewards is chosen.

To participate in the raffles, select one of the following Rewards. The amounts indicated in the Rewards are minimums, and you’ll be able to adjust/increase your donation during Checkout. You can indicate your Game Effect in both:
Please pick “Physical Token/Prize, Hourly Raffle & Game Effect” Reward once during the event. During checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your mailing address information. If you don’t pick this Reward at least once during the event, we won’t know where to send your token and physical raffle prizes!
Pick “Game Effect / Hourly Raffle Entry” to indicate your Game Effect. If you donate $4 or more, your donation will automatically be entered into the hourly raffles.

In-game effects: Communicate any in-game effects you’d like your donation to spawn with one of the following
- Complete the ‘Describe your in-game effect or “none”!’ section that is available in the “Game Effect / Hourly Raffle Entry” or “Physical Token/Prize, Hourly Raffle & Game Effect” Rewards.
- Or…
- Post it in the DCC_Mayhem Twitch channel chat – but remember it will be seen by all viewers.
