We are excited to help put your donation dollars to work in The Jerry Stefek Memorial Crawl for the Cure Ethermeet 2023! ALL donated funds will be awarded to the American Cancer Society.
- All donations are being collected through the Jerry’s Crawl for the Cure Tiltify page.
- Every individual donation of $4 or more is a raffle entry.
- Payment options include Credit Card and PayPal.

- Minimum donation: $1
- 100% of your donation goes to the American Cancer Society, minus Tiltify and PayPal fees.
- For Credit Card transactions, you will receive a receipt from the American Cancer Society. For PayPal transactions, you will receive a receipt from PayPal.
- To participate in the raffles, do one of the following:
- Select and complete the “Physical Reward – Token, Raffle, and Game Effect” Reward with a minimum $4 donation so we’ll have your mailing address should you win a physical raffle prize. You only need to select this option once during the event.
- Or…
- Select and complete the Raffle Entry & Game Effect Reward with a minimum $4 donation.
- Or…
- Make an individual donation of at least $4, with or without selecting a Reward.
- In-game effects: Communicate any in-game effects you’d like your donation to spawn with one of the following:
- Complete the ‘Describe your in-game effect or “none”!’ section that is available in every Reward.
- Or…
- Post it in the DCC_Mayhem Twitch channel chat – but remember it will be seen by all viewers.
