Hello all! We are excited to announce that in order to further bolster the cause, spread the word and give our Friendly Local Games Stores some recognition, we’re sponsoring a Grassroots Advertising Flyer Campaign for The Jerry Stefek Memorial Crawl for the Cure: Ethermeet 2022! We will hold a raffle for a $100 DriveThru RPG gift certificate for those that work with our awesome game store communities to spread the word about Ethermeet! We want to do as much Good as possible, and we’d love to have your help and thank you for that aid!
The rules:
Between now and 9 PM CST Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, print off our PDF flyer (multiples appreciated!), and ask permission to post it in your local game store(s) to spread the word.
Take a picture of the posted flyer (details visible, please!) and an additional picture of the game store with its name and logo to thank them for their support!
Post these pictures and pertinent information about the game store to our Twitter feed, @crawlforthecure with the hashtag #jerryscrawl – let’s give them some advertising! Each game store post gives you another chance in the drawing.
We’ll contact the winner through Twitter to get your full information after the drawing to collect your loot!
We think this is a great way to get our word out in game stores, spread it on Twitter and give our local retailers a bump for their support of the cause! Thank you for your support, and we wish you good hunting in obtaining this trove of adventure!

The Jerry Stefek Memorial Crawl for the Cure: Ethermeet 2022 is winding up and we are full speed ahead to doing more Good for the American Cancer Society with your help! We will run the event on Saturday the 10th, 2022 from 8 AM CST until Midnight collecting donations in Jerry Stefek’s memory for this great cause! Through your support last year, we were able to raise over $3,100 for the American Cancer Society and we are going to set a goal of $5,000 this year to challenge our community. Please tell all your friends about this awesome RPG entertainment event!
The memorial play-a-thon is in memory of Jerry Stefek, a gamer, father, and re-enactor, who was lost to aggressive lymphoma in 2018. ALL proceeds will be given to cancer research and patient assistance through the American Cancer Society! Join us on December 10th, 2022, on the Twitch channel DCC Mayhem, and use your donation dollars to make our goal a reality!
We will have incredible Judges running games for your entertainment: Edwin Nagy of Frog God Games running a Frog God Holiday Module with DCC Rules, Chuck Cumbow of Troll Lord Games running Castles & Crusades, Julian Bernick running Gonzo Post-Apocalyptic Umerica with author Reid San Filippo playing at his table, and Luau Lou Hoefer running Mutant Crawl Classics with a host of Goodman streamers – it will be a day of adventure to remember! We are extremely proud to announce that Goodman Games did award our team a Goodie Award last Friday night! We are humbled to have our entire team recognized, although the award was attached to a single person for the event, this is entirely a team venture with multiple integral members that make the Crawl for the Cure possible, as well as the volunteers, Judges, players and donors that enable us to make a difference!
