Hello all! Thank you ALL for your support for The Jerry Stefek Memorial Crawl for the Cure: Ethermeet 2025! We had 19 hours of RPG entertainment in 6 expert sessions with the best game Judges and players around! We raised $3,800 for the American Cancer Society through our donors’ efforts and the incredible artwork donated and custom art created by Christopher Tupa! It was an AMAZING event! We thank our sponsor companies, donors, Judges, players for all your efforts to raise this money for those in need!
We then left the donations open and asked if anyone could please add to our donations so we could help those in need to our help! Our donors put in over $250 more into Tiltify on Monday to answer that call – you all are AMAZING! I thank you for your incredible generosity during this trying time – you are all HEROES! We are proud of all YOU have accomplished for those in need! THANK YOU!
To cover the 5% Tiltify fee on your donations, we have put in additional money to cover this and made our grand total for the event is $4,286! An INCREDIBLE amount from INCREDIBLE donors! I cannot say enough how much joy we receive from seeing your works aid those in need. This brings your total impact over the past 6 years to $36,081.95 – AMAZING!

I needed catch up with personal and work obligations, and I’ll be honest to say the brainspace needed a bit of a break. All rewards except the Memorial Tokens (I’m working on getting that awesome artwork!) have been sent out to our legendary donors! Below is the message sent to our sponsors and donors – we made an incredible $3,291 over our 20-hour session jam, and had an incredible time of wonderful entertainment during the course of the event. I went into a long hibernation yesterday and we’ll continue our work getting everything together over the next few days to get you the full results! We will hold a raffle for a $100 DriveThru RPG gift certificate for those that work with our awesome game store communities to spread the word about Ethermeet! We want to do as much Good as possible, and we’d love to have your help and thank you for that aid!
The rules:
Between now and 9 PM CST Friday, December 8th, 2023, print our PDF flyer (multiples appreciated!), and ask permission to post it in your local game store(s) to spread the word.
Take a picture of the posted flyer (details visible, please!) and an additional picture of the game store with its name and logo to thank them for their support!
Post these pictures and pertinent information about the game store to our Twitter/X or Instagram feed, (Twitter/X: @crawlforthecure, Instagram: jerryscrawlforthecure) with the hashtag #jerryscrawl – let’s give them some advertising! Each game store post gives you another chance in the drawing.
