Starting with Pathfinder and now DCC and Weird Frontiers. He GM's, Has playtested for Breaker Press and 2 Old Guys Games, and participates in streaming events with 2OGG. Jim lost a close lifelong friend (and gaming buddy) to cancer several years ago and is happy to join in the fight to find a cure! |

He also co-hosts the Ennie-award winning Spellburn podcast about all things DCC RPG and published his first book of poetry this year, "A Record of the Most Unfortunate Doings at Castle Bash." ![]() Brent Griffin | Brent Griffin is an experienced gamer of multiple systems, including Rolemaster, Nephilim, Deadlands, Dungeons and Dragons, Blades in the Dark, and D20 Modern. However, his first love will always be Call of Cthulhu, forever indebted to his friend Ted for running him through his first Cthulhu scenario, “The Haunting,” nearly 30 years ago. Recently, he’s written material for Frog God Games, including a 5e compatible one-shot titled, By Dawns Early Light. He’s been running a D&D campaign since the start of the pandemic but is feeling the Cthulhu itch and is in the process of drumming up a few intrepid investigators. While he never met Jerry, he is honored to be part of this benefit campaign! |

While Jim knew Jerry only briefly, he did surprise him at one convention when he and Ryan showed up as wererats in a game run by DM NICK. |

I attended Jerry's memorial service and I was astounded with what I learned about this incredible gentleman we had lost, and the realization of the loss his family, friends and our world has experienced.
