We are excited to help put your donation dollars to work in The Jerry Stefek Memorial Crawl for the Cure 2021! We are providing two options for you to raise as much capital as possible for the American Cancer Society. ALL donated funds will be awarded to the American Cancer Society (minus online fees through PayPal – see below for details.)
- As a personal thanks, everyone that donates $3 or more will receive a set of the 2021, 2020 and 2019 commemorative tokens! (While supplies last!)
- Every individual donation of $3 or more is an entry in the raffles.
Two ways to donate:
Please note that the method for sending us your information for entry in Raffles and for receiving electronic and physical raffle prizes depends on the donation option used.
Option 1: Jerry’s Crawl for the cure page at Tiltify

- Minimum donation: $1
- Fee: 100% of your donation goes to the American Cancer Society, but the ACS will pay Tiltify a 5% fee.
- To participate in the raffles, you must make a minimum $3 donation, and do one of the following:
- Complete the Tiltify Rewards section. (preferred method)
- email jerryscrawlforthecure@gmail.com with Subject “Raffle” and include your Name, Display Name and Mailing Address.
- If you created a Tiltify account, you may click the Contact Fundraiser button on the main campaign page, indicate “Raffle” and supply your Name, Mailing Address and Display Name.
- In-game effects: Communicate any in-game effects you’d like your donation to spawn with one of the following. Be sure to include your Name, Display Name, E-mail address, and your effect:

- If you created a Tiltify account, you may click the Contact Fundraiser button on the main campaign page.

You will receive a receipt from the American Cancer Society.

Option 2: Paypal Donate Button
- Minimum donation: $3
- Fees: PayPal fee is 3.49% + $0.49 USD per transaction.
- In the COMMENTS SECTION of your PayPal donation, please provide:
- Name (First, Last)
- Display Name (to be used for announcement of raffle winner/donation acknowledgement)
- E-mail (Free PDFs/Raffles)
- Mailing Address (for physical prizes and commemorative token mailing)
- In-game effects: Be sure to include any in-game effects you’d like your donation to spawn!
- In the COMMENTS SECTION of your PayPal donation, please provide:
