We are excited to help put your donation dollars to work in The Jerry Stefek Memorial Crawl for the Cure 2019! We are providing two options for you to raise as much as possible for the American Cancer Society! ALL donated funds will be awarded to the American Cancer Society. (Minus electronic transaction fees for Crowdrise and PayPay Donate – see below for details.)
Please note that the way to send us your information for entry in Raffles and for getting your Prizes depends on the donation method used.
Two Ways to Donate:
Option 1: Paypal Donate Button
- Minimum donation: Any amount accepted. (Please keep a reasonable donation to cover PayPal fees – THANK YOU!)
- Remember, all donations over $3 will receive the 2020 memorial token and The Carnival of the Damned themed 2019 token mailed to your home! (Be sure to include your mailing address in the comments section of your PayPal donation.)
- Fees: PayPal fee is 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction.
- In the COMMENTS SECTION of your PayPal donation, please provide:
- Name (First, Last)
- Display Name (to be used for announcement of raffle winner/donation acknowledgement)
- E-mail (Free PDFs/Raffles–indicate if you are interested in certain PDF(s)
- Mailing Address (for 2020/2019 token mailing)
- In-game effects: Be sure to include any in-game effects you’d like your donation to spawn!
- In the COMMENTS SECTION of your PayPal donation, please provide:
- Raffle: You must provide your first and last name and e-mail to us to give to Goodman Games and Purple Sorcerer Games to award you your prize, so don’t forget to fill out the Comments section in PayPal!

- Minimum donation: $10
- Donation Tax Documentation available through Crowdrise/American Cancer Society
- Fee: Crowdrise fee on a $10 donation is $.77 (3% fee, plus 2% fee + $0.30, per CrowdRise/GoFundMe)
- all donations will receive, as a personal thanks, not only the 2020 memorial token, but also the The Carnival of the Damned themed 2019 token mailed to your home!
